ВПЛИВ СИСТЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНИМИ АКТИВАМИ НА ЗРОСТАННЯ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПІТАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ МАШИНОБУДІВНОГО КОМПЛЕКСУ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЇ

Метою дослідження є визначення складових системи управління інтелектуальними активами та їхній вплив на нарощення інтелектуального капіталу підприємств машинобудівного комплексу України в умовах євроінтеграційних трансформацій. Методика. Застосовано методи порівняльного аналізу, узагальнення, системного підходу та структурно-функціонального аналізу. Проведено компаративне дослідження наукових праць вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених, економістів та експертів щодо особливостей формування й розвитку інтелектуального капіталу промислових підприємств. Результати. Визначено ключові завдання людського капіталу в контексті євроінтеграційних змін промислових підприємств. Структуровано основні поняття: інтелектуальний капітал, інтелектуальні активи, нематеріальні активи, інтелектуальні ресурси, людський, організаційний капітал та капітал взаємодії. Наукова новизна. Запропоновано авторське визначення інтелектуального капіталу підприємства як сукупності інтелектуальних здібностей, інноваційного потенціалу керівництва, ключових інженерно-технічних працівників і персоналу, а також інтелектуальних активів, що мають комерційну та господарську цінність для підвищення якості продукції й забезпечення стійкого функціонування підприємства. Виявлено основні принципи формування людського капіталу як складової інтелектуального капіталу в умовах євроінтеграційних трансформацій. Практичне значення. Отримані результати можуть бути використані керівниками промислових підприємств, економістами та аналітиками для вдосконалення управління інтелектуальними активами, розробки стратегій нарощення інтелектуального капіталу та підвищення конкурентоспроможності машинобудівного комплексу України в умовах європейської інтеграції.
